How we use it

Your information is used only to provide the service you requested. We do not sell your information. We may send a generated draft to a trusted artificial intelligence provider strictly for the purpose of producing your letter.

Storage

Your in-progress answers are stored locally in your browser session and cleared when you start a new dispute or close the tab. We do not maintain a long-term database of your dispute facts unless you create an account and explicitly save them.
